338 Mounting Machine Bolt, 5/16" Gap, 1-3/8" Thread

The 338 Mounting Machine Screw has 5/16" gap between the head and shoulder, and the threads are 1-3/8" long.  Threads are 10-24 generally used with sheet steel or aluminum.

Specification

The 338 Mounting Machine Bolt is a #10 pan head with a 5/16" neck between the head and shoulder. The threaded area is 1-3/8" long and a standard 10-24 pattern. This machine bolt is designed for pre-drilling with a 5/32" or #25 Drill and tapped with a standard 10-24 tap.  Drilling and tapping sheet steel can done with a hand drill quickly.
